Ok guys, just a piece of advice here.
Firstly, form a team of, lets say, 3 people. One is the leader or the organising secretary (OS), then the logistics and the programmes I/C. I suggest Esther to be the OS, since shes the one doin the bookin n stuff.
Progs I/C will come out with an Action Plan. Okay no pressure, juz a simple one will do, since you all want all those "free time" and "freedom". Logs I/C churns out a list of what u nid for the chalet (e.g. stuff for bbq etc). oso the Logs I/C calculates the money spent and so-called sents out the "bills" to you all. OS is to make sure everythin goes on smoothly.
Yup so if esther agrees then you all can start volunteering. if nt, esther will choose her team xD
